Bug fix: Changing an Assignment Submission Type after submissions have been received
A fix has been applied to allow updating submission types in an assignment after submissions have been received.
Known issue: Subjects require manual resync to update Section enrolments
We have encountered an ongoing issue where Section enrolments are no longer updated if a subject's date settings have been edited. If this occurs, a manual resync must be applied to update Section enrolments from Allocate+.
Known issue: Grades and comments can be overwritten or cleared when more than one person is marking in SpeedGrader
When more than one person is grading, the submissions can be overwritten, leading to the loss of grades and comments.
Known issue: Audio and media comments in Speedgrader failing to load
When submitting an audio or media comment to an assignment in Speedgrader, you need to make sure the comment has finished converting before moving on.
Known issue: Quiz and exam essay answers submitted in foreign language
When students have a translate browser extension or add-on enabled, the answer(s) typed in English are translated into the selected language. The answer is then submitted in this language
Known issue: Default grade for missing submissions needs to be set to 0
For the Gradebook Total column to display a student’s overall grade accurately, the default grade for missing submissions needs to be set to 0.
Known issue: Kaltura Video Assignments
We have identified a critical issue whereby students could potentially alter video assignment submission AFTER it has been submitted.
Known issue: Kaltura Interactive Video Quizzes (IVQs)
We have identified a critical issue where the grade return of student actions and scores back to the LMS Gradebook from Interactive Video Quizzes (IVQs) is unreliable due to intermittent syncing errors
Lecture capture (Echo 360)
Known issue: Lecture Capture (Echo360) access issues in Safari
The Echo360 team have identified a bug with the latest version of Safari that prevents users from accessing the Lecture Capture system.
Known issue: Lecture Capture links not working for some subjects
We are currently experiencing an issue with the process that automatically links the LMS to its respective Lecture Capture section automatically. Some subjects in the LMS need to be manually linked to the correct Lecture Capture section to allow students to access content hosted in Echo360.
Known issue: Qualtrics - Deprecation of single response report
Due to the deprecation of this feature, after February 18 any manually created single response report URLs will no longer work and will instead return an error.
