Known Issue: LockDown Browser stuck on "Verify you are human" screen

Issue

Some students are experiencing an issue with LockDown Browser where the Cloudflare "Verify you are human" check gets stuck in a loop and won't let them through.

At this stage, this issue affects Mac users on both personal wifi and mobile hotspots.

Status

Canvas is aware of this issue and currently investigating a solution.

When the “Verify you are human” loop occurs, try the following:

• Try switching networks if possible (e.g. wifi to hotspot or vice versa)
• Restart LockDown Browser and try again
