Known issue: Classic Quizzes Quiz Log does not show information about student responses

Issue

Staff may experience unexpected behaviour when reviewing a student's activity on a Classic Quiz using the Quiz Log.

Although the student's submission and final answers can be viewed normally in Canvas, selecting an individual question within the Quiz Log to review the student's response activity for that question shows no information. This affects newly created quizzes, as well as quizzes taken within the last 6 months.

Status

The vendor is aware of this issue and currently investigating a solution.
