Known issue: New Analytics fails to load for instructors who have limited section participation

New Analytics fails to load for instructors with the course access privilege set as: “limit this user to only see fellow section users”.

Issue

New Analytics provides instructors with course-related data, reporting, and visualisation options.

Currently, New Analytics fails to load if an instructor has their course access privilege manually set to “limit this user to only see fellow section users”.

Note that the option to “limit this user to only see fellow section users” is disabled by default but can be toggled on/off manually.

Status

The vendor has been notified and the issue has been escalated for investigation.
