Known issue: Turnitin AI download issue based on geographical location

Users in mainland China may be unable to download the AI report. Users of the Classic Standard assignment may also encounter an issue where the score does not appear in the Classic Similarity Report.

Issue

When attempting to download a submission’s AI report, a user’s geographical location may prevent the download of the AI report, particularly those located in mainland China. Users of the Classic Standard assignment may also encounter an issue where the score does not appear in the Classic Similarity Report.

Status

Canvas is aware of this issue and currently exploring a solution.
