Known issue: Students may not be able to download their submissions

Page error when students download their submissions

Issue

When students attempt to download their submissions using the Download submissions button under their user settings page, they may be presented with an error, or the email containing the download information may not be sent.

Status

The vendor is currently investigating the issue.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.
