Resolved issue: Removing Assign To dates fails and any changes will revert when selecting Save

When attempting to manually remove dates in Assign To, changes are not saved unless the Clear button is used.

Issue

When using Assign To for Assignments, Pages, and Discussions, if a date has been previously selected for Due Date, Available From or Until Date, manually removing the dates in the given fields will be unsuccessful and any changes will revert when selecting Save.

Status

This issue was resolved by the vendor on 1 June 2024. If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know by submitting a support request

Workaround

Use the Clear button to remove dates before saving.
