Readings Online button now added to the Rich Content Editor (RCE) in the LMS

The RCE for the LMS now has a handy button to easily embed Reading Online content anywhere the RCE is.

Staff must first have an active readings list set up in Readings Online, then they can embed individual readings in the LMS from this button.
