Easily collect documents submitted electronically by students using the Assignment tool.
Students may submit documents using the LMS either through the native Blackboard Assignment tool or the Turnitin tool.
The Assignment tool can be used by staff to facilitate easy collection of documents submitted electronically by students. When students submit a document, the attempt is recorded in the Grade Centre to alert staff to the submission. Staff can bulk-download submissions then provide feedback, grades and/or additional documents to individual students.
Assignments can also be uploaded using Turnitin. Turnitin reviews student work for originality, comparing electronically submitted papers to billions of pages of content located on the Internet and proprietary databases as well as the work of other students whose papers have also been submitted into the system. Turnitin includes Feedback Studio for online marking of assignments and the option to use PeerMark for students to review each others work.
