Important update: LMS maintenance change of date to Friday 14th December
Due to an extension of the University supplementary exam period, the scheduled LMS maintenance period has been moved back by one day. LMS maintenance will now take place on Friday 14 December, with the LMS unavailable to all staff and students between 7am and 5pm on this day.
Staff and students are advised to review any arrangements for assessment, online learning or teaching events. If required, staff and students should download any subject materials beforehand including Readings Online. Lecture Capture recordings can be accessed during the maintenance window either directly from https://echo360.org.au or via the Echo360 mobile app.
For your awareness, there is now in effect an LMS change freeze for staff wishing to add new external services leading up to the 13th December LMS maintenance window. This is to allow us to adequately test the new version of the LMS prior to this maintenance window. Examples of external services teaching staff have requested to in the past are WilleyPlus,McGraw-Hill Content and Piazza. Such requests will be serviced again after the maintenance window.
Please note: the MSPACE LMS at: https://gomelb.unimelb.edu.au/ will not be affected by the maintenance window. Only access to the primary University of Melbourne LMS at https://lms.unimelb.edu.au/ is affected.
Our thanks for your patience while we undertake this essential maintenance work of our current LMS. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you have any queries resulting from this downtime, please submit a support request.
